In fact that's the specific reasoning behind the Mediawiki content parser; it's designed to make page creation easier and less prone to error than raw HTML tags. If the page looks fine, I don't think it needs to be translated into raw HTML syntax. Chances are the Mediawiki developers understand HTML better than we do, so the code that the parser outputs into the raw page will be better than anything you or I could toss into the edit window. Most likely, you don't need to "correct" those tables, since Mediawiki avoids using raw HTML syntax (like <div> tags) if at all possible. In fact that's the specific reasoning behind the Mediawiki content parser; it's designed to make page creation easier and less prone to error than raw HTML tags. If the page looks fine, I don't think it needs to be translated into raw HTML syntax. Chances are the Mediawiki developers understand HTML better than we do, so the code that the parser outputs into the raw page will be better than anything you or I could toss into the edit window.
