Conservapedia's policy against posting gossip is not merely against posting unsubstantiated claims, but also against saying negative things about people unless there is good reason to do so. The claim about Hovind's doctorate is the opinion of one person (i.e. we haven't heard Hovind's side of it) and by someone who obviously is opposed to what Hovind teaches. On the other hand, she does appear to make a strong case (with some exceptions) and to be reasonably objective about it. Well TK, several months after this post, I wound up dumping the politics and focusing instead on my original intention - journal, poems, writing, rants and raves, some political opinion but not the standard quote/commentary thing.
