Isaac Newton "Ike" Skelton (born 1931) is a Democrat who has represented Missouri's 4th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives since 1977. Unlike most of his party, Skelton is socially conservative. He is one of the few pro-life [1] Democrats in Congress. Skelton is also one of a number of Congressmen who attained the rank of Eagle Scout under the Boy Scouts when he was younger.
