She is currently running for the [[Green Party]] nomination for President in the [[2012 Presidential election]]. Her chief primary opponent is frontrunner Jill Stein. They are both supporters of the [[Occupy Wall Street]] protests. Speaking for the protests in November 2011, Roseanne called for rich people to face "re-education or execution" through some sort of Gulag. She was up to her violent ways again when in April 2012, she joined [[Spike Lee]] in sending out the personal address of the parents of Hispanic neighborhood watchman George Zimmerman during the Trayvon Martin case while the [[New Black Panthers]] had a bounty on him.
