Gary Miller (born October 16, 1948) is the United States Representative for the 31st congressional district of California. He is a member of the Republican Party. Before, he represented California's 42nd district from 2003 to 2013 and its 41st district from 1993 to 2003.[1]
Miller served in the California State Assembly from 1995 to 1998.[1]
