Third Day is a contemporary Christian/Christian rock group from Marietta,Georgia.The band consists of four members: Mac Powell as the lead singer, Mark Lee on the guitar, David Carr on the drums, and Tai Anderson on the bass.
History
The band was originally formed by lead singer Mac Powell and guitarist Mark Lee in the early 1990s,and added drummer David Carr,bassist Tai Anderson,and former lead guitarist Brad Avery(he left the band in February 2008[1] ) soon after.[2] The band has released 13 studio albums,including a Christmas record,and 2 live albums as well. Third Day was inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame in 2009.[3]
