Andrew Steven âAndyâ Biggs, born November 7, 1958 (age 67), is the Republican representative from Arizona's 5th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives. Biggs was first elected to the office in 2016.

Biggs was named the chairman of the Subcommittee on Environment on the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee in the 115th Congress.
He previously served in the Arizona State Senate, representing District 12 from 2011 to 2017. He was president of the Senate from 2013 to 2017 and majority leader from 2011 to 2012. He also served in the Arizona House of Representatives, representing District 22 from 2003 to 2011.
