Line 467: − − == A reminder about "substantive contributions" == − − Mr. Hurlbutt, − − I see that 140 of your last 150 edits have been made to Template:Mainpageright, with presumably all of those 140 being links to your blog. However, only 170 of your last 500 edits have been to Template:Mainpageright, so it would appear that this is a relatively recent decision to cut off your valuable, substantive contributions to the project and instead promote your blogging website. − − Though your blog is certainly wonderful, you must keep in mind that we are here to build an encyclopedia. Your time on this website should be dedicated solely to improving the quality of the articles and creating a concise, conservative, and correct referential website for youngsters and adults alike. This is why we have policies like the 90/10 rules in place. If you find yourself unable to make any substantive contributions, then I suggest that you take some time off from the website and try to focus your mind on other things. So, respectfully, from this point forward, please make sure that your edits are substantive and solely for the purpose of improving the project, or do not edit any more. − − Thank you, − − --MichealRN 18:40, 4 September 2012 (EDT)
