3. Identify three of the most important causes of the Revolutionary War, in your own words.
4. Describe the Great Awakening and its significance, and explain who George Whitefield was. Which occurred first, the Great Awakening or George Whitefield?
5. Who won the French and Indian War, and was a consequence of that war?
7. Name and describe two of the laws that caused the colonies to dislike Britain.
8. How did George Washington become a hero?
