Second, a dead link checker (see: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/linkchecker/ or https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/check-my-links/ojkcdipcgfaekbeaelaapakgnjflfglf?hl=en-GB ), I found that footnotes 3,44,66,67,85,90,119 and 124 have some dead link issues.
