Let us not forget that it isn't just an authoritative figure that can cause people to do harm to others. These people were <s>paid</s>, err, I mean compensated. Money is a very strong motivator indeed and many people might just find themselves doing things they may not normally do, if given enough "Compensation". --Quigs 00:18, 29 March 2008 (EDT)
