Based upon what I have observed, I'm assuming it is customary to have a sysop check all entries as they occur and determine if he believes the edits are appropriate? If that's the case, then that's fine, it's your house and your rules. I'm here as a guest, albeit, one who is hopefully answering your call to expand and improve articles.
