Stephen Colbert is a journalist and commentator who is a staunch supporter of President Bush and whose faith in God is undeniable. During a famous speech he stated that "reality has a well known liberal bias", a claim which has been borne out as true far too often.  Colbert has also demonstrated that facts and data have no impact on "truth", and that one's gut and instinct can, guided as they are by faith, be a much better guide to what is true and correct than one's mind and intellect.
