'''Ignorance''' (from Latin ''ignorantia'') is the state of being ignorant; the want of knowledge in general, or in relation to a particular subject; or the state of being uneducated or uninformed<ref>'''Ignorance''', Webster's New International Dictionary, Second Edition (Springfield, Massachusetts:  G. & C. Merriam, 1934)</ref>.

ignorance is Conservapedia. For shame on you all for holding so much hate for others in the world. This close minded viewpoint of the world is the ipitimy of evil. You think that you are praised by God for your views, but no God would ever support such hatred, fear, and ignorance. Before considering anything on this site as fact, please think about the sheer hipocrisy this site holds. That, or remain ignorant.

The opposite of this attitude is what Christian psychiatrist M. Scott Peck calls "(Mental health is the ongoing process of) dedication to reality at all costs".
