Musk exposed constitutional law violations on the part of the [[United States Government]] to interfere in elections. While a private entity does not have to respect free speech, the [[First Amendment]] to the [[Constitution]] prohibits the United States Government from silencing free speech.  Twitter, under Jack Dorsey, prohibited free political speech at the behest of the United States Government.
