Mastery, "the state of deep knowledge and skill in a subject, is pursued for its inherent benefits and positive impact on various aspects of life and the life of others. It fuels motivation, enhances confidence, fosters a love for lifelong learning, and leads to an achievement orientation and to greater achievements and fulfillment. Mastery is not just about acquiring skills, but also about developing a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.[1]
