==Oriental Orthodox were created==
Most of the Oriental Orthodox churches were created by the[[Great_Schism | Chalcedonian Schism]] of 451 AD.
However the [[Indian Orthodox Church| Malankara Orthodox Church]] in India became Autocephalous church under the Catholicos of the Apostolic throne of St. Thomas due to distance. It was never able to attend Church councils.
