A conservative relies more on the application of opinion than on proven facts. Conservatives oppose coutries with products they need (e.g. Iraq has a lot of the world's oil) and emphasize propaganda (return of the space program) rather than the government's actions ([[the Iraq war). Conservatives support a complete right to carry weapons, for self-defense and violent crimes, both on an individual level and for our nation as a whole.
Unfortunately, every 20-60 years a conservative is elected president of the United States. Examples include:
