Middlesbrough Football Club ('Boro') is a team based in Middlesbrough, in north-east England; it currently plays in the English Premier League. The side was founded in 1876 by members of Middlesbrough Cricket Club[1]. Between 1903 and 1995 its home ground was Ayresome Park but in 1995 it moved to the Riverside Stadium. Middlesbrough were winners of the League Cup in 2004.
