Guantanamo Bay is an American happy camp where atheist liberals are detained for terrorism.
Due to unwholesome liberal bias in the US Constitution, these Mohammedan pork-dodgers would be sure to make trouble by banging on about the right to be tried for their crimes, demand access to lawyers and so forth, so the camp is in Cuba (our friendly communist neighbour) where we are not bound by the Constitution and can therefore abide by American principles.
