I am Issac Duan of Arlington, Virginia - a suburb right next to the District of Columbia. The best way to access me is through my talk page or my AIM username is lssacDuan (lssac with an "L" - I made a typo and then never got about to changing it).
ConservapediaI joined Conservapedia in late April 2007. EditsI have 715 mainspace edits, 147 template edits, 63 Conservapedia edits and a combined 331 talk edits (106 of which went towards template:standardization).[1] PagesI'm really trying to push the mainspace number up now. I hope to be in the 1000 range in a couple months. A few of the many articles I've really worked on are Cuba, Marquis de Lafayette, Waves, O.J. Simpson and HTML table formatting (the latter three I created). Beyond that I like to spread my edits around - and I also vary it. Sometimes I'll be watching the recent changes and I'll do drastic clean up to a low quality article I see, a lot of other times I'll be clicking "Random page" - and fixing up simple aspects like spelling or wikilinks. TemplatesI have created a few templates, Citations missing, Template doc inline, Template doc, Plainlink, Cite web, and Cite news. I also reworded the long, much-hated Template:Stub and then created with TK a larger redesign towards the goal of standardization. Most of those templates were relatively minor, but the one I'd like to talk about it Citations missing. The goal of that template was to provide a more clean/elegant version of the uncited templates, which in my opinion were over the top. Key differences are viewable through the color scheme - as citations missing keeps the background color of articles, and is separated merely by a border. Also, as far as technical aspects go, Citations missing has a few more links, some of which depend on what page it's put on. GoalsMy current goal is to garner enough edits to become an admin at conservapedia. I'm one of those few people that enjoy going through categories, and the ability to delete is practically crucial for some of them. One of my activities used to be to go through the deletion category and try and clean up the pages as much as possible (depending on the page - if the page was of low quality I would try to clean it up, if it was of no quality then I wouldn't bother), and it just seemed like a waste to go through all of those and just ignore the ones I knew should be deleted. I'll probably restart that activity soon though, but currently everything is very hectic in my life, so likely not in the immediate future. References
