Evidence is information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
More generally, evidence is that which tends to prove or disprove something.[1] In Christianity, evidence and faith are interrelated in the following Bible verse: Hebrews 11:1 (KJV): Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
