Forrest Griffin is a mixed martial artist currently fighting in the UFC's light heavyweight division. A veteran of The Ultimate Fighter 1, he defeated Stephen Bonnar to become the champion of that season. He is the former champion of the division, which just happens to be the undisputed toughest division in the UFC. After his loss to Rashad Evans at UFC 92, he is considered the seventh-best pound-for-pound mixed martial artist by top MMA site Sherdog.[1]
