If Obama is allowed to take office without proving his citizenship, then we have no Constitution

So now what? What is to be said of all that has transpired? Has the Constitution suffered a hit?

The Constitution has suffered since the Roe V. Wade decision. Clinton further plunged America into 'Change' with his policies and by his refusal to step down for perjury. Liberals spew claim to the false notion that Bush ruined the Constitution, freedoms lost. They never can name a freedom that you and me no longer have. Then Barack Hussein Obama enters the scene.

Requests for Obama's birth certificate were denied early in the campaign. Liberal hate mongers DailyKos posts a copy of the birth certificate on their website. The Obama campaign confirms it is Obama's certificate and hopefully puts the matter to rest. Immediately, questions were raised as to the authenticity of the document. The source lack of credibility, the outright forgery documented by independent analysis and numerous questions remain unanswered. At that point, Obama should have been obligated to provide his original certificate. Again, the Obama campaign hid and ran from the issue. They refused to cooperate in the slightest. Even when requested by a court of law, Obama and gang successfully denied all reasons to provide this document.

Enter www.factcheck.org, the owner of 'Factcheck', Annenburg of Chicago, Illinois. The same organization William Ayers was involved with, controlling the $50 million dollar Annenburg challenge. They were the next recipient to view Obama's birth certificate. This time one question, the disputed seal was determined to be raised authentic. But many of the remaining questions, such as African designation of his father, were not consistent with documents issued by the state of Hawaii. Annenburg's Fact-Check deems the document authentic.

After multiple lawsuits across the nation, no evidence was required of Barack Hussein Obama. The last person with authority to review the document was a healthcare bigwig in the Hawaii government. Once again claiming authentic, end-of-story. But it is not the end but the beginning of the end.

The fact-finding to determine the authenticity of Obama's birth certificate was more than a difficult process and incomplete. The courts were compromised by partisan Democrats, denying the rights of Americans. The actual merits of the case, the ability of Americans to have the right to confirm without any doubts, the Obama gang stonewalling, the corrupt media burying the story.... it is disastrous to the Constitution.

I'd say with all do respect Mr. President, withholding your original birth certificate, concerned patriot argued, would only serve to deny facts already in the public domain. "This could contribute to an inaccurate accounting of the past, and fuel erroneous and inflammatory assumptions about actions taken by candidate Obama."

If it turns out to be that Obama is not a natural born citizen, I say prison and treason charges for Obama. Plus, prison and treason charges for the leaders of the DNC, for the judges that denied a hearing and for Hawaiin officials.

George Washington once said "Let the reins of government then be braced and held with a steady hand, and every violation of the constitution be reprehended."
