I blanked the Talk page for the flagellum article because I had originally thought I couldn't edit the article so I posted it on the Talk page instead. When I realised I could edit the article, I simply transferred the article to the proper page and deleted the (identical) article on the Talk page. I don't see any point in having it there twice.
