It is known for its cold winters , high radiation level, vodka, 007, chechnya, those badass sukhois and MIGs, chess, IL2 production team, the inability of rescuing hostages and (of course) harsh weather(escept if you're a russian). Russia is a [[federal government|federation]], consisting of a number of constituent entities. Nonetheless, the centralized government is relatively strong.
Russia has only been conquered once in the winter, by the famous [[Mongol]] [[Ghengis Khan]]. [[Adolf Hitler|Hitler]], [[Napoleon Bonaparte|Napoleon]] and many other famous military geniuses have tried to conquer it during the winter but all failed. Germany in [[World War I]] did declare peace with Russia in a treaty favorable to the Germans (often considered to be humiliating to Russia) at the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk, but did not actually conquer the country.
