Richard Mourdock is the pro-life, conservative Treasurer of the State of Indiana who is challenging the entrenched liberal Republican Richard Lugar in the primary for U.S. Senate in 2012.

Mourdock is a movement conservative, in sharp contrast to the RINO Lugar.

On April 27, 2012, Mourdock received the endorsement of Sarah Palin. Previously Mourdock had received the endorsement of many other leading conservatives, including Mark Levin, Steve Forbes and Herman Cain.
