My name is after John Lansing, who represented New York in the Constitutional Convention but felt the process would infringe individual freedom and states' rights and left the meeting. In today's politics, although I wish we could live in the early days of the Republic, things have changed and America must face new challenges. I endorse Jon Huntsman for president in 2012.
