Jan Brewer has signed into law a package of [[pro-life]] bills that would limit abortions by banning the partial-birth abortion procedure. <REF>[http://www.lifesitenews.com LifeSiteNews.com]</ref>  Passed legislation that mandated twenty-four hour waiting periods before an abortion could take place. She recently put herself front and center as the righteous protector of the unborn, by signing into law the Women's Health and Safety Act. Under the terms of this act, the standard 20-week limit on abortions is reduced to 18, by cleverly redefining the start of pregnancy as the end of the woman's previous cycle. This ingenious move falls short, however, of the obvious move of banning contraception and thus protecting the sacred function of male spermatozoa. We remain hopeful, however, that the WHSA is just the start of a campaign to ensure that women fulfill their role under God's plan as child-bearers, nurturers, and loyal subjects of their husband's will, as per the marriage vows, requiring love, honor, and obedience.
