Tebow addition was absurd - he led a last place team to playoff success last year, but is not being given a chance to play by the underachieving Jets

Line 19: Line 19:

#Cristiano Ronaldo - his spectacular talents have been ruined by his self-obsession, vanity and cravings of celebrity. He is now officially "sad", despite being one of the luckiest men alive.

#Lance Armstrong — he "won" the Tour-de-France seven times due to “the most sophisticated, professionalized and successful doping program that sport has ever seen”.

−

~~#Tim Tebow — Despite success at the collegiate level, his style of play has translated~~ to ~~only modest NFL success. The accuracy of his throws are suspect, and he does not make good football decisions. Demoted from starter by Jet's coaching staff.~~

−

#Jeremy Lin — "Linsanity" took hold of nation as a result of point guard who, by all accounts, is above average, but not one of the league's elite. His FG percentage and scoring were inflated with the lack of Carmello Anthony, and he had a knack for turning the ball over in the play-offs.

−

~~#Tommy Morrison — a professional boxer whose career was suspended due to positive HIV tests. He now denies having HIV, but refuses to take supervised blood tests.~~

−

~~#Dale Earnhardt Jr — Receives disproportionately high amount of coverage and interest compared to actual results and talent.~~
