Dynasty Warriors is a violent, combat-based video game series published by the Japanese company Tecmo Koei.
Dynasty Warriors was a favorite of Adam Lanza, the young mass murderer who killed 26 people, including 20 schoolchildren, at an elementary public school in Newtown, Connecticut, on December 14, 2012. Lanza did not have a known criminal record and the authorities have not disclosed what he was doing on his computer in the days and hours before his murderous rampage.
