Just wondering how Brown made this estimate - I couldn't find it in the reference but there's a lot to read through and it was late when I looked. From what I've been reading, even just the water on Mars is significantly more than than this amount (there's actually surprisingly little water on Earth) so how can we actually claim which extraterrestrial waters are flood waters?
