Gary Miller (b. October 16, 1948) is the United States Representative for the 31st congressional district of California. He is a member of the Republican Party. Before, he represented California's 42nd district from 2003 to 2013 and its 41st district from 1993 to 2003.
Miller served in the California State Assembly from 1995 to 1998.
