|And Jesus saith unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.
|And Jesus told him, "[[Fox]]es have holes, and the birds of the sky have nests, but the Son of God, a human being, has no place to rest His head."

|But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house.
|"But so that you may know that the Son of God, a human being, has the authority on earth to forgive sins..." Then He said to the paralyzed man, "Get up, take up your pallet, and go to your house."
