After Congressional Democrats voted down President Obama's proposal to create a NAFTA-like Pacific Trade Zone with China, Japan, and about a dozen other countries, to no one one surprise Hillary Clinton once again flip-flopped to garner headlines in support of what public opinion polls were saying.
