Rob Ford (1969-2016) is the Mayor of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In 2013, reports surfaced that Ford had been videotaped while smoking crack. Ford initially denied it, but later it turned out that the reports were true. So, Ford was lying. He was forced to recant his initial denials, blaming it on a "drunken stupor." On March 22, 2016, Ford died of abdominal cancer.
