Block Shopper is a real estate web site with national coverage. It lists, among other data of residences:
- the Homeowner
- Last Purchase Price
- Year of Last Purchase
After the user enters a specific accurate address, it shows data for the surrounding houses down the street. Clicking on a link for a specific address will show:
- The current home owner
- The last purchase price and year
- Lot size
- Tax dollars per acre
- Home size in square feet
- The number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Year built
- A Google map showing the property location
- Sales history
- Tax history
- Community demographics
- Which school boundaries apply to the property
- Political representation (congressman)
