Mike Warnke was a popular Christian evangelist and comedian during the 1970s and 1980s.[1] He was also the author of the book The Satan Seller, in which he claimed to have led a large Satanist group in California before he was led to Christ. His career largely came to an end when Cornerstone magazine, a Christian magazine published in Chicago, revealed that Warnke had not been involved in Satanism as he had claimed.[2]
