*Charles Koch supposedly bankrolls [[Republican]] causes and pours hundreds of millions of dollars into defeating [[Democrat]]s.  Well, it turns out that he won't even support any candidate for the Republican nomination for president, and he has backed away from his much-publicized claim that he would help raise and spend $889 (odd number indeed) million on the 2016 political cycle.<ref name="CNN">http://www.cnn.com/2015/11/11/politics/charles-koch-gop-primary-usa-today/index.html</ref>  He said that he had not spoken with any presidential candidate since last August, and that "my brother talks to them a lot more."<ref name="CNN"/>
