Rachel Brand was an Associate Attorney General during the Trump Administration and a member of the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board under the Obama administration during the Trump-Russia collusion hoax. Brand was the number three official behind Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein. Brand resigned February 9, 2018, and took a top legal position at Walmart. Brand “played a critical role in Congress’ re-authorization” of section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
