I heartily agree with this objection. So I did something. "about the bit regarding Archangel Gabriel". I immediately revised the statement re Gabriel to a statement that Jibril is believed by many to be Gabriel, then added a fat ref note that Jibril is not the same being as Gabriel, and that if the Qur’an was indeed delivered by It to Muhammad It was lying. I also added several other links, including the fact that a [[falsehood]] believed to be true is not the same as a [[lie]] ''intended'' to [[Deceit|deceive]]. That means that if Muhammad saw and heard Jibril, he was lied to and thought it was the truth. An example of [[specious reasoning]]. He was taken in by a lying spirit. However, I believe it far more likely that Muhammad made the whole thing up, and showed himself to be a master of [[Demagogue|demogoguery]] and [[rhetoric]].
