William Richard "Bill" Keating (born September 6, 1952 in Norwood, Massachusetts) currently serves as District Attorney of Norfolk County and is the Democratic U.S. Representative-elect from Massachusetts' 10th congressional district, succeeding retiring William Delahunt.
