I think Chris Redfield in Resident Evil 5 also had [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VA-aH1K_zBU some dialogue] that hinted at him adhering to a more socialist view on things and basically bashed America's more capitalist way of thinking (though in all fairness, it's not exactly easily accessible dialogue).
