I'm quite busy these days, and have little time for this, but I occasionally log in to CP and see that most activity involves one person. Who, among other things, seems to believe that TASS is a reliable source of information. (To refresh your memory, though I'm sure you don't need it, TASS was the propaganda arm of the Soviet Union. You know, Communists.) Seeing that (and it's just one of many examples) on Conservapedia is quite disheartening. I put a lot of effort over the years into trying to make CP a decent place.
And this same person put up a Mainpage item saying that Covid vaccines may have caused a case of cardiac arrest, backing that up with a statement that there has been a 30% increase in young heart attack deaths. And attributing the whole thing to Elon Musk, who is not mentioned ''anywhere'' in the cited article. What the article ''does'' say is that "there is absolutely no evidence or scientific reason for this [connection between myocarditis/pericarditis and vaccines] to be true" 30% increase, huh? Got knowledge of statistics? And there are many many more instances of this sort of thing that I see every time I look at CP.
But let me get to the point of this. Short digression #1: I'm glad you liked the "Donkey and Tiger" story. Short digression #2: Yes I do read my email from you, but only very occasionally. The last message was from the "MM" account, on January 16.
Now let me get to the point for real. Why do you continue engaging with this person?? Or any of the other regulars here? You are, by far, the smartest, best educated, most knowledgeable, best informed person of all the regular contributors here.
