"People taking peacefully to the streets" is language intended to recruit children, mothers, the elderly, and peaceful minority civil rights protesters to march in the front line as cannon fodder and human shields for anarchists and Marxists behind them who toss Molotov cocktails at police, set diversionary fires, and smash windows to set off looting. "Emerging racial justice leaders" are spontaneous mob leaders who then must be either recruited into the Marxist hierarchy, compromised or blackmailed, or otherwise neutralized if they resist the agenda of the overall Marxist movement.
