RIA Novosti reported a video released showing one of the arrested terrorists, “The suspect gave his name, which sounds similar to Fariddun Shamsutdin, as well as his date of birth - 17 September 1998...He had arrived from [[Turkey]] on 4 March [2024]...The detainee said that his handlers contacted him a month ago via [[Telegram]] and provided him with [[weapon]]s...He was given the task of killing all the people in the hall and was offered about a million rubles for this...The defendant added that he committed the [[crime]] after a conversation with the preacher’s assistant".
