Frank Spencer is the effeminate star character of classic 1970's British Comedy "Some Mothers do 'ave 'em", created by the BBC and played by actor Michael Crawford.
Famed for creating a trail of disaster & bad luck behind him in classic slapstick style, as well as his attire when out in public of a trench coat and beret.
