Jan Crouch (born Janice Wendell Bethany, 1937) is the co-founder, vice-president and director of programming of the Trinity Broadcasting Network, or TBN, the largest Christian television network in the world.[1] She is a preacher's daughter. She married her husband, Paul, in 1958.
Sister Jan is the founder of the Smile of a Child Network and has built a hospital in Haiti for the underprivileged. She regularly visits underprivileged countries and distributes free toys and school supplies to needy children.
In May 2003, TBN announced that Sister Jan had been inflicted with cancer. She was healed and went into remission by early 2004.
