RE: The Zenger trial
As I said in the edit summary, I have a small question.
The lecture states the Zenger "said something embarresing about the governer", but that the result was that it established freedom of the press. Did he print something embarresing, making it frredom of the press, or did he say something embarresing, making it fredom of speech? JakeM 14:05, 7 September 2008 (EDT)
