:::::You are looking for Galations 5:6 and Galatians 6:12-13 which refers to circumcision (and by extension, the rest of the jewish law) to not be part of salvation.  Acts 15:24 again mentions circumcision and clearly shows the break from the old testiment law.  Again, Colossians 3:9-11 .  [http://www.galatians-paul-the-torah-law-legalism.info/ A website on Galations] talks about what the Galation controversy was and Paul's reaction to it.

Indeed, that's why I left "they think" when I reverted the vandalism earlier. --Luke-Jr 14:58, 12 March 2007 (EDT)
Christians believe that their new pact with God supersedes Judaism, is the difference, yes, Hoji's right.-AmesG 00:46, 22 March 2007 (EDT)
There is a name for this view: supersessionism. It is regarded by many as a grave heresy. Christ's coming and the establishment of the Church did NOT abolish the covenant with Abraham. Christian Zionists abhor those with this belief, as does the RC Church. --Lohengrin 00:55, 22 March 2007 (EDT)
